About Joel
Joel Denis is an experienced attorney, negotiator, and startup advisor. Throughout his career, he has worked with and provided guidance to hundreds of early-stage startups in the fields of biotech, medtech, AI, Saas, life sciences, and beyond. He has held several positions in large law firms, startups, and scale-ups, as well as clerked for the US International Trade Commission and US Senate. Joel obtained his BA at UNC Chapel Hill and his JD from Georgetown Law. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, surfing, and cycling.
