Service Offerings
Full-Service Law Firm: For early-stage startups, we are able to meet the vast majority of your legal needs assisting with formation, corporate governance, employment, commercial contracts, and SAFE and Seed-stage financings.
Fractional General Counsel: Experienced senior attorneys with both law firm and in-house experience come at an extremely high cost as FTEs. Our Fractional GC service aims to provide you with advisory and strategic legal guidance on an as-needed basis and for a small fraction of the cost of an in-house GC. Our service can range from contract support and Legal Operations, to providing in-house support during financings, mergers, or IPOs. If you prefer for your law firm to handle all of your legal needs, engaging a Fractional GC to interface with your external firm and negotiate bills down can result in substantial cost savings. This service offers access to a wealth of experience and expertise in a format that is highly cost effective in relation to the amount of value delivered.
Contract Support: Larger companies experience a surge in contract work as they grow, however, this work can often be cyclical centering around end of fiscal quarters. FTE in-house contract lawyers are expensive and perhaps not an optimal use of company funds if an organization isn’t large enough to have high volumes of steady, weekly contract flow. Our Contract Support service equips your business with an experienced contract attorney to support your contract review needs when you need it, and we don’t take up an FTE salary during the weeks you don’t need legal assistance.
